CHARACTER COMMISSIONS

● Prices are in USD, PER CHARACTER (per unit).
● Upfront payment via Paypal.● ✔ YES: Human Fanart, OCs, Real People, Artistic Nudity.
● ✖ NO: Explicit NSFW, Mechs, Anthros.● Additional characters 2x price, (e.g. 1 Halfbod $85, 2 Halfbods $170)
● Small Props are OK.
● Complicated Designs extra $15 ~ 50+ (Complex Armor, Intricate Accessories, Lots of layers etc).
● PLEASE BE AWARE: I may make some stylistic changes to the character (some exaggeration/colour changes) but I will stick as close to the reference as possible.

TERMS OF SERVICE

● Please read the Terms of Service carefully before requesting a Commission from Pottetto ("Artist").

● All prices mentioned by the Artist are final.
● Payments will be made upfront via Paypal Invoice OR via Stripe.
● No refunds/chargebacks or cancellations can be made without discussion and consent from the Artist.
● A partial refund can be discussed and made if the Artist has not completed the commission.
● Two (2) Revisions can be made unless the Artist missed something. Any more, there will be an additional Revision Fee.

● I have the right to reject any commission requested.
● I hold the rights over the commissioned artwork (to post on social media, artwork is my own, characters are not unless otherwise stated).
● If the commissioned piece is fanart of an existing media, the Artist may resell the commission in the form of prints and merchandise.
● You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for profit/commercial use (i.e selling as merchandise/NFTs).
● All Artworks will be Glazed, you may NOT use the artwork in any AI training program.
● You MAY post/edit/crop/print the artwork for personal use with credit to the Artist, Pottetto.
